This has strong adhesion to all common surfaces and has a high elasticity for flexible joints without cracking or breaking the adhesion bond. This product is a mold and mildew-resistant sealant. This product meets or exceeds ASTM C920-10 Class 25 Type S Grade NS and ASTM C834-10 Type OP Grade -18C.
