All Returns are subject to Manager’s discretion. General rules are as follows:
Books, Bulk Batteries, Glasses, Cosmetics & Undergarments and any product where there is a potential hygiene concern may not be returned: they are FINAL SALE.
DVD’s & CD’s if defective will be exchanged only with same title whenever possible. All Clearance Items & Discounted Items are FINAL SALE.
All warranties & Returns are subject to approval and product must be in original packaging and accompanied by receipt, also must be in resalable condition.
All other merchandise has a 90 day warranty. (Unless otherwise specified).
If refund is approved the money will be reissued in the form of original payment. If you do not have the original debit or credit card you will receive an in-store credit. You may also be asked to wait while item is tested and evaluated or possibly leave the item with us for further evaluation.
If you don’t have your packaging and/or it is damaged you may only get a credit note and a MINIMUM restocking charge of 15% up to a maximum of 25% of the selling price before tax will be applied.
Flat screen televisions have a 90 day warranty.
Cambridge Surplus makes no other guarantees at any time; either expressed or implied and assumes no liability for any damages caused by installation or use of these products.
Paintball Markers and accessories are a 30 day warranty (unless otherwise specified). If the marker is being returned for a refund it must be cleaned/oiled and in immediate resalable condition. If marker is dirty, damaged, or tampered with other than manufacturer defect restocking fee will be applied (see below for details on restocking fee).
You must fill out manufacturer supplied warranty cards to be eligible for extended warranties through the manufacturer. Cambridge Surplus guarantees the new Airsoft products sold by this store only, to be free from manufacturers defects under normal use for a period of 7 days from the date of original purchase shown on our sales receipt. Cambridge Surplus can exchange Airsoft products only if they are returned complete with ALL PARTS unaltered in ORIGINAL SALEABLE CONDITION.
Cambridge Surplus reserves the right to determine the cause of any malfunction. Some items may need to be held for evaluation before warranty is deemed to be valid. This warranty does not cover scratches, nicks, normal wear and tear of parts, any modifications made to any item, or damaged caused by hitting or dropping the products. The warranty shall not apply if it is shown by
Cambridge Surplus that the consumer caused the malfunction because of misuse. This warranty only covers original factory parts. Any modifications or tampering of original factory parts will not be covered by this warranty. Removal of the orange safety muzzle tip will result in all warranty coverage becoming null and void! Any damage caused by water will not be covered on this warranty.
